We loved inclusive breakfast, common room, best possible location. The people working here were respectful, they provided helpful service, great value for money. There was an affordable restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel. Very quick check in and fine check out.

Spent our time really good, breakfast was outstanding - great value for money. The location was SIMPLE, not too far from Navy Pier. Absolutely brilliant view, a bigger balcony, cozy bed, too. The staff was unobtrusive. Hotel was fairly clean and the service was polite.

Air conditioner was weak.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. As picky eaters we greatly enjoyed to be close to a huge variety of restaurants, went to Qdoba Mexican Grill couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. 900 feet away there is The Capital Grille. Location was Awesome, just 1.2 miles to old town
